The District is proposing to allow the Lake Berryessa Estates Resort Improvement District place 650 yards of excess soil to a depth of up to 6 meet on the above-referenced parcel. The soil is free of contaminants, similar in type of what is already on the site, and will be compacted and seeded to avoid erosion.
