Document Description
The purpose of the proposed project is to replace an undersized culvert beneath the roadway. Caltrans proposes: abandoning the existing 18-inch culvert and downdrain; installing rock slope protection; installing an inlet headwall; and paving the roadway. The proposed project will result in temporary and permanent impacts to waters of the U.S. and waters of the State. Caltrans has determined the temporary impacts to waters of the U.S. and State would total approximately 289 square feet (105 linear feet).
