Document Description
Rule 250 establishes a voluntary program to generate and bank carbon credits in Sacramento County. The rule requires interested Greenhouse Gases (GHG) reduction project proponents to submit Project Plans to show that projects follow approved protocols in Sacramento County. Project Plans are reviewed and approved by Air District Staff to ensure they comply with Rule 250. Project may be implemented by Air District Staff to ensure they comply with Rule 250.
