Document Description
This project will modernize existing facilities at the City of Dinuba Wastewater Reclamation Facility. Specifically the project will convert an existing aeration basin to an aerobic digester, line unlined sludge drying facilities, replace old and inefficient pumps and controls, decommission obsolete facilities and modernize the SCADA system.

The project will not expand existing facilities as the entire site on which the project is located has been previously altered and disturbed. The project will not result in a physical change to the environment, either directly or indirectly. The full scope of these improvements were entirely described in a 2006 project specific EIR that included this site, the City's 2008 General Plan EIR and a NEPA filed December 1, 2009. The use of Section 15301, Existing Facilities is applicable and appropriate.
