The Mil Potrero Mutual Water Company has submitted a Domestic Water Supply Permit Application to operate Well 8. The well is owned and operated by Mil Potrero Mutual Water Company and is intended to increase peak production capacity to meet current community demands. Well 8 was drilled in 2005 under a miistertial permit from the Kern County Environmental Health Department. Well 8 is approximately 205 feet deep and has a capacity of 400 gpm.
