Document Description
United Water Conservation District proposes to construct a new workshop facility at the base of the Santa Felicia Dam. The current workshop was built in the 1950s and has become too antiquated to meet current needs. It also is not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and can not be reasonably modified to meet the requirements. The proposed shop building will be a "Butler-style" steel building (40 feet by 80 feet / 3,200 square feet) and will be equipped with a septic system.
