Document Description
CDCR will replace the deteriorated evaporative cooling system with a Heating, Ventilation, and closed loop chilled water Air Conditioning (HVAC) system at ISP in support of 20 housing units and a majority of other institutional support facilities. The proposed project includes the installation of an energy saving roofing systems with insulation to meet the demand of the extreme environmental conditions experienced in Blythe, where temperatures could reach up to 130 degrees during the summer months.
