The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing state funds for the project. Fresno County Service Area #32 -- Cantau Creek proposes to conduct a planning study project to gather information needed to upgrade existing treatment facilites to provide adequate TOC reduction and minimize THM formation in finished water.
