The scope of work includes: Place a containment system around the bridge structure(s), or portions at a time to contain the airborne material generated during removal of the existing paint coatings, remove all existing paint coatings from the existing steel bridge by abrasive (sand) blasting, place a primer coating on all steel elements, and place a final paint coating over the primer.
