Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to reconstruct a portion of State Route 138 at post-mile 23.24 to alleviate ponding and flooding of the roadway. To convey flow across the roadway, a concrete spillway will be constructed within the wash on the south side of the highway. The spillway will extend from the edge of pavement downstream for a distance of 21 feet. Rock rip-rap will be placed at the base of the spillway to dissipate flows.
