The Truckee General Plan anticipated subdivision of the property and extension of sewer service; expansion of the business will occur in disturbed areas; the nearest residence is located more than 500 feet away; traffic generated will be less than 20 average daily trips in the summer business season and less than 100 average daily trips in the winter (except during strom events); the Truckee Council did not receive any comments or evidence from State or local agencies or the public that the project may have a significant effect.
