NOTE: Extended review per lead The applicant proposed to amend a policy in the Coastal Land Use Plan (LUP) to allow an exception for the provision of public water and sewer beyond the Urban Services Boundary in order to serve the future site of the elk Valley Rancheria's Casino and Resort. The City has indicated that adequate capacity exists within the water and sewer systems to serve the site. The 203.5 acre site is held in Trust status with the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
