Document Description
The Sutter County General Plan establishes several land use designations that include residential, commercial, industrial, mixed use, and agricultural uses. The proposed project establishes policies to accommodate an additional 6,200 dwelling units, 10,000 new jobs and 18,000 new residents to the unincorporated county by the year 2030.
