Document Description
The project is limited to the construction of a private residential development including remediation of existing contaminated soils on the site, and the construction of 54 single family residential units and associated infrastructure. The project includes: removal of approximately 11,600 cubic yards of contaminated soils from the site and mass grading for building pads, roadways, and utilities; construction of a new 30” drainpipe and associated inlet and outlet with rock slope protection; connection of existing drain pipes under Penryn road to the new 30” drainpipe on the eastern edge of the site; construction of a concrete low-water crossing where the South Placer Municipal Utility District access easement crosses the intermittent drainage; and construction of a box culvert where Road A crosses the intermittent stream. Project development will result in 0.345 acre of permanent impacts to aquatic resources and 0.082 acre of temporary impacts to aquatic resources. In addition, permanent impacts to riparian habitat total 1.643 acres and temporary impacts total 0.077 acre.
