Improvements include: concrete bicycle and pedestrian walkways, a bicycle maintenance station, open lawn spaces, seating areas, shade structures, concrete steps, an access ramp retaining wall, a donor wall, future sculpture footing, site drainage, site lighting, and a 12-inch drain with 6-inch pipe tying into an existing drainage system.
