Document Description
The project is limited to: 1) Constructing 5 connected wetland basins over an approximately 0.74 acre area adjacent to existing wetland drainage channels. 2) At the east end of the wetland creation area, two diversions will be graded or cut into the east berm of the wetland creation area to divert storm flows from the current swale into the wetland creation area. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0068-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Kris Pigman, Napa One LLC.
