To resurface 2,125-feet of existing levee patrol road; construct a 8,760-foot-long, 12-foot-wide aggregate base bike trail; construct a 5,000-foot-long, 10-foot-wide walking trail; construct two parking lots; install benches, picnic tables, signs, bike racks; install removable bollards, construct a pavilion, board walk and a 15- by 40-foot beach landing; plant approximately 82 trees on the right (west) bank overflow area of the Feather River.
