Parcel 3 is zoned Timberland Production Zone (TPZ) and will be ~21 acres in size. The parcel is currently developed with 2 single family residences which will remain; one on Parcel 1 and one on Parcel 2. Parcel 3 is created for open space purposes as managed timberland. The site is served with community water by Humboldt Community Services District on site wastewater treatment systems.
