The project is limited to: 1) Excavating up to 474 cubic yards of river bed material; 2) Placing approximately 24-inch rock approximately 30-inches deep along an area approximately 29-feet-long and 15-feet-wide within the Napa River immediately adjacent to the west pier of the Trancas Street bridge. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0039-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mark Andrilla, City of Napa Public Works Department.
