For this project, the applicant is proposing an average density of ~5.6 units per acre. Lot sizes are proposed to vary considerably, ranging between 3,450 sf to 13,364 sf setbacks of 5 ft, 15 ft front-yard setbacks, and rear-yard setbacks ranging from 5 to 20 ft. Driveways would be 20 ft in length. All new residences would have a maximum height of 27 ft, 9 inches.
