The applicant is Sufism Reoriented, a non-profit California religious corporation recognized by the State of California and the Federal government as a church.
The proposed 66,074-square-foot sanctuary building includes a prayer hall, administrative offices, a library/bookstore, classroom and art program space, and would be located below ground, including the administrative offices, a library/bookstore, classroom, and art program space.
