Document Description
The construction of a new 2 story, 11,184 sf single-family home (including the garage and basement) on a 3.55 acre vacant site with minimal grading (5 cy of cut, 625 cy of fill), an access drive from Los Trancos Road, swimming pool, and landscaped changes. The home is to be located on a relatively flat and open area, ~70 to 120 ft from the Los Trancos Creek bank (top). A natural earth berm would be constructed ~50 ft from the top of the Los Trancos Creek bank to protect the riparian corridor. The improvements also include the installation of a small 5 ft wide by 2 ft high culvert to allow for Buckeye Creek to continue to flow undisturbed under the new driveway and through the site. No other changes are proposed to the creek.
