1. Ordinance for Zone Change 05RZ-17 to rezone a 28.3+- acre parcel from A-20 (General Agricultural, twenty acre minimum) to 19.1+- acres of RE-5 (Residential Estate, five acre minimum) and 9.2+- acres of O-1 (Open Space -1) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code; 1. Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 05T-03(2) to divide the 28.3+- acre parcel into four parcels with Parcel 1 consisting of 5.0+- acres, Parcel 2 consisting of 12.4+- acres, Parcel 3 consisting of 5.9+- acres and Parcel 4 consisting of 5.0+-; and 3. Grading Permit G07-035 to allow excavation and grading of 13,300+- cubic yards of material to construct a road and a driveway and building pad on Proposed Parcel 2. The excavated material will be used to facilitate on-site grading; excess excavated material will be placed on the western portion of proposed Parcel 1 to level the former borrow pit.
