Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction of an ~106,000 sf concrete tilt-up warehouse building on the West Parcel of the Proposed Project site. The building will include about 8,500 sf of office space and the remainder of the building (97,500 sf) will be dedicated to warehouse activity. The plan also includes 168 parking spaces and minor landscaping that fronts Burke Street. The proposed project is identified by the City as Development Plan Approval Case No. 849.
