Installation of a wastewater collection system to serve 149 existing homes and 66 vacant lots within the Subarea 9 - Phase 1 area of community of Quail Valley in the City of Menifee. The Project would also include a "transport" line to convey the wastewater to a regional lift station to be constructed within the Audie Murphy Ranch development and a force main from the regional lift station to EMWD's existing wastewater collection system.
