Following the approval of the Final IS/MND, the District decided to reduce the scope of the project to approximately one third of the Quail Valley Subarea 9 Sewer Improvements area, and proceed with the Phase I portion (Project). The Project will provide gravity sewer service to 149 existing homes and 66 vacant lots located along Vista Way, Casa Bonita Avenue, Naranjo Drive, Manzana Drive, La Pina Drive, Datil Drive, and Platino Drive, within the Phase I project boundary.
