Document Description
NOTE: Review Per Lead Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) proposes to install a combination gravity and low pressure sewer collection system to serve the Quail Valley Subarea 9 service area. Falling septic systems in the community of Quail Valley have caused polluted water in the community and in downstream Canyon Lake resulting in both environmental and health issues. Because Subarea 9 is known to be one of the main polluters and the area closest to Canyon Lake, concentrating efforts for a sewer collection system in Subarea 9 would provide the greatest benefit to the Quail Valley community and the City of Canyon Lake.
