Document Description
The City of Reedley prepared a draft EIR for its 2030 General Plan Update. The public review period ended in March 2013. In response to comments on the draft EIR, the City prepared new technical information focused on groundwater supply, including an updated Urban Water Management Plan and a report on groundwater pumping, recharge and consumptive use; revised draft and developed new policies for inclusion in the draft 2030 General Plan Update; and proposed an additional project alternative. Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15088.5, the City has prepared a Recirculated Draft EIR to address the new information and to revise, where appropriate, its determination of significant impacts and required mitigation. Only the modified sections of the draft EIR are being recirculated. Comments should be limited to the recirculation information.
