- The California Department of Public Health (Department) as the Responsible Agency, will be issuing a water supply permit to big Bear Lake DWR for the construction of new and replacement water system facilities (pipeline and wells) to serve residents in its service area. It is the intent of the project to replace water distribution facilities in order to meet the flow requirements and to increase water production to meet for flow requirements and to increase water production to meet peal day demand requirement of existing of future connections.
