The Owens Valley Land Management Plan is a management framework that outlines overall policies as well as specific actions related to the management of riverine-riparian resources, gracing, recreation, and cultural resources. The plan describes existing procedures and policies for fire management. The plan also presents monitoring and adaptive management processes to contunually improve land management.
