Document Description
On June 10, 2010 the University adopted a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Verano Place Apartments Unit Four Redevelopment Project in connection with approval of the first phase of the project. The Project is Phase 2 of the Verano Place Apartments Unit for Four Redevelopment Project described in the MND and involves the demolition of the remaining Unit Four apartment buildings, removal of abandoned utilities and transite pipe, capping of utilities that are to remain, installing a perimeter fence, site landscaping and irrigation, and site drainage and erosion control related improvements.
