Document Description
Implementation of the proposed project would replace the aging apartment buildings in the UCI Verano Place Unit-Four (VPU-4) student housing complex, with new apartment buildings. The project would demolish the existing apartment buildings and construct new student apartment buildings with ~200 apartment units to accommodate ~400 students. The proposed project also includes construction of a community building, and demolition and replacement on site of existing child-care facilities, laundry buildings, accessory structures, surface parking lots, pedestrian paths, bike paths, landscaping, and site lighting.
