Document Description
The City of Salinas is proposing an Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements Project. A range of rehabilitation activities are planned at the existing Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility (IWTF) to meet state permit requirements, to improve treatment efficiency and to improve facility security. No expansion of the existing permitted treatment capacity of the facility is proposed.
