Project and Development Plan Amendment: The Willow Springs II project site is located immediately north and east of the existing Willow Springs I development and west of the Aero Camino industrial area. The site's northerly boundary is the proposed extension of Camino Vista Road. The Willow Springs I development is located south of Camino Vista Road and west of the Aero Camino industrial area. Specific Plan Amendment: The Specific Plan Amendment affects the area of the Willow Springs I development, the Willow Springs II project site, and the undeveloped area north of Camino Vista Road and the proposed extension of Camino Vista Road. General Plan Amendment: The General Plan Amendments affect the following areas: a) the Willow Springs II project site; b) the undeveloped area of Camino Vista Road and the proposed extension of Camino Vista Road; and c) City of Goleta.
