The Towbes Group proposes to construct a 100-unit residential project on approximately 5 acres of undeveloped land. The project is proposed as Phase II of the existing, adjacent, 235-unit, Willow Springs residential project. Phase II residents would share all existing open space and recreational amenities and facilities with the existing, Willow Springs (Phase I) development.
