Document Description
Amend the County General Plan land use designation to Public/Quasi-Public and change the zoning designation of a 30-acre site to a new Resource Recovery Park zoning district to provide for the phased development of a Resource Recovery Park (RRP) for recycling and energy generation uses.County may create one or more separate parcels at the site and may license, lease, sell or jointly operate portions of RRP to third party(ies) for development consistent with RRP purpose.
