NOTE: Extended Review per lead Amend the County General Plan land use designation and change the zoning designation of a 30-acre site to Heavy Industrial (M-2) to provide for the phased development of a Resource Recovery Park (RRP) for recycling, energy generation and industrial uses. County may create one or more separate parcels at the site and may license, lease, sell or jointly operate portions of RRP to third party(ies) for development consistent with RRP purpose.
