Document Description
The East Campus Office Building project is located at UCSD's East Campus Medical Center in the East Campus Health Sciences (ECHS) neighborhood. The East Campus Office Building would be located on an approximately 6.5-acre site bound on the north and south by existing undeveloped land, on the east by Medical Center roadways and buildings, and on the west by the I-5 corridor. The campus proposes to construct the new facility to meet the immediate needs of the ECHS neighborhood related permanent office space for the neighborhood. The office buildings would be a 3 story, 75,000 gsf building to accommodate UCSD's Medical Center faculty, physicians and staff.
