Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction and operation of four photovoltaic (PV) power generation facilities on four noncontiguous sites that would produce a combined total of 48 megawatts of electricity on a total of 441 acres. The project would require the approval of four CUP (1) Smyrna Solar: CUP 5, Map 7; (2) Goose Lake Solar: CUP 7, Map 53; (3) Elk Hills Solar: CUP 16, Map 139; and (4) San Bernard Solar: CUP 5, Map 162), to allow for the construction and operation of four photovoltaic solar facilities the A zone district.
