To amend an existing Conditional Use Permit and Solid Waste Facility Permit to allow for the vertical expansion of existing cells from 325 ft (MSL) to 370 ft (MSL). To also allow for the installation of landfill gas (LFG) to energy systems for the collection of landfill gas to generate energy for use on site.
