Document Description
The Perris Downtown Specific Plan (DTSP) serves as a planning and regulatory link between the City of Perris General Plan and teh individual, project level development withing the DTSP. The Perris DTSP provides area-specific land use regulations and development guidelines for specfic transects within the Downtown. At buildout, the Perris DTSP woul allow a maximum of 8521,056 square feet (s.f.) of retail uses, 1,878,641 s.f. of office uses, and 4,946 dwelling units (single and mulitple family) in the Downtown.
