Document Description
The project is an application for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a 1.5 acre parcel into 4 new lots plus a remainder. The undeveloped site fronts Alpine Boulevard, approximately 1,000 ft south of Interstate 8 (APN 403-331-1000) in the Alpine Community Planning Area.
