- Eastern Municipal Water District Plans to construct ~ 89,405 lineal feet (LF) of recycled water pipeline varying in size from 8-i8nch diameter up to 24-inch diameter within various public street of rights-of-way in five geographic locations. Upon completion, this secondary distribution pipeline will provide an immediate reduction of ~ 2,000 acre feet annually (afa) of potable water demand while helping to support an additional 5,300 afa of new development landscape demand.
