Document Description
The project is a Major Use Permit Modification to construct and operate a Construction Demolition and Inert Materials and/or Commingled and/or Source Separated Recyclable Materials (CDI/C-SSRM) Processing Facility and to add composting to the existing Green Waste Processing operation (GWP&C) within the existing Otay Landfill campus. A maximum of 1,100 tons of material per day would be received and processed by the CDI/C-SSRM facility (in addition to the 5,000 tons of refuse per day currently permitted for Otay Landfill).
