Document Description
The project is to revitalize a historic apple orchard within Silverwood Lake State Recreation Area. The non-native grasses and shrubs within the historic project area will be cleared using hand tools and gas powered string trimmers. The cleared grasses and shrubs will be disposed of in a dumpster and transported offsite. In order to maintain the historic integrity of the apple orchid. Parks will only plant apples trees that are historically relevant to the local area.
