Document Description
Grant a Right of Entry Permit and interest in real property via a new easement from DPR to SDG&E for the purposes of the installation and maintenance of an underground electrical line serving DPR's maintenance shed at Palomar Mountain State Park. SDG&E will quitclaim their interest in the old easement alignment. Evaluation of the installation of the underground electrical service line was evaluated under CEQA in October 2008 and a Notice of Exempthion was filed 10/17/08 (SCH# 2008108232). DPR-approved standard project requirements have been incorporated into this project.
