To improve Siempre Verde Park with the following design changes: a walking path around the perimeter of the park; and exercise "cluster" with a variety of fitness equipment for ages 12 and up age-separated playgrounds connected by an overhead shade structure; swings in proximity to the other play areas; half court basketball courts with a backwall to provide multifunctional capabilities (for use as a handball court, etc.); areas for passive recreation, such as a quiet space with a sensory garden; a lawn space in the center of the park for multiple uses; small picnic areas with no more than two tables in each location; and game tables.
