This project consists of trucking approximately 16,000 cubic yards of excavated sand from a parking structure at Scripps Memorial Hospital, located at 354 Santa Fe Drive, to Moonlight State Beach. The parking structure is a component of the redevelopment plan for the hospital and has been approved through separate process. The sand will be placed within inter-tidal portions of the beach over periodically, from February 1st to March 1st. The material has been determined to be compatible for beach
