Document Description
The project proposes to improve the energy efficiency of this building through implementation of the following Energy Conservation Measures (ECM's):
Upgrade of the Energy Management System (EMS) to Automated Logic Control (ALC) System with Direct Dash Center (DDC) Control.
Upgrade of EMS to an Alerton System with DDC Control extended to the zone level by the Federspell wireless controls.
Replacement of the two existing electric boilers with seven new ultrasonic jumidi9fers and replacement of existing two speed cooling tower fan motors with premium efficiency variable frequency drive rated motors.
