Document Description
The project will consists of a feasibility study and preparation of plans and specifications. The purpose of the feasibility study is to determine facility improvements needed to achieve compliance with the arsenic MCL for the District's Well No. 4 and 5. The study may include drilling a test well that would be abandoned, in compliance with state and local requirements, after testing is complete. Plans and specifications will be prepared for proposed facility Improvements Identified in the feasibility study, upon approval for the California Department of Public Health.
